1. Acceptance of Terms

2.3 Account Limitations

Each user is permitted to maintain only one (1) account on rrrph. Creating multiple accounts for any reason, including but not limited to bonus abuse, circumventing restrictions, or fraudulent activity, is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds and winnings across all accounts.

You may not allow any other person to access or use your account. All account activity conducted under your username and password is your sole responsibility, and you shall be liable for any unauthorized use resulting from your failure to maintain account security.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

rrrph is required by law to conduct customer identification and verification procedures in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and international standards. As part of our KYC procedures, we may require you to submit copies of government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

KYC verification may be required before your first withdrawal or at any time thereafter at rrrph's discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification within fourteen (14) days of request will result in account suspension. Withdrawal requests cannot be processed until KYC verification is successfully completed.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. rrrph reserves the right to reject deposits from payment sources that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder or that raise AML compliance concerns.

4.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100). Maximum deposit limits vary depending on the payment method used and your account status. VIP members may be eligible for higher deposit limits. Deposits are typically processed instantly for e-wallet methods (GCash, Maya) and within six to twelve (6-12) hours for bank transfers.

4.3 Deposit Terms

All deposits are final and non-refundable except as required by law or in cases of processing error. By making a deposit, you confirm that:

5.3 Withdrawal Limits and Fees

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Termination by User

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting account closure. Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance in your account. If you fail to withdraw your balance within ninety (90) days of account closure, rrrph reserves the right to deduct an administrative fee to cover account maintenance costs.

10.2 Termination by rrrph

rrrph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if:

• We suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• You provide false or misleading information during registration or verification;

• Your account remains inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months;

10.3 Effects of Termination

Upon account termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms immediately cease. You must immediately discontinue all use of rrrph services. If your account is terminated for breach of Terms, rrrph reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance, pending withdrawals, and unredeemed bonuses.

If your account is terminated without cause by rrrph, we will return any remaining account balance after deducting any amounts owed to rrrph. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination.

10.4 Dormant Account Policy

Accounts that remain inactive (no login or gaming activity) for twelve (12) consecutive months are considered dormant. rrrph reserves the right to charge a monthly dormancy fee of One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100) or five percent (5%) of the remaining balance, whichever is lower, to cover administrative costs associated with maintaining dormant accounts.

We will notify you via email before applying dormancy fees. You may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and placing a qualifying bet. If a dormant account balance is reduced to zero through dormancy fees, the account may be permanently closed.

In no event shall rrrph's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you paid to rrrph in the six (6) months prior to the event giving rise to liability, or One Thousand Philippine Pesos (₱1,000), whichever is greater.

11.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless rrrph, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of and access to rrrph services;
• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights;
• Any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party;
• Any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized use of your account.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of rrrph services shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
